If your item has a defect or manufacturing issue, we’ll be happy to help with a warranty replacement. 🎸😊 

Loog Guitars accepts valid warranty claims submitted within 365 days (1 year) of receiving the item. 📆

To get started, simply contact our Customer Care team through this link and include a few photos or a short video showing the issue. If your warranty claim is approved, we’ll send you a replacement item.

Please note that refunds are not available for warranty claims.

Important: We can only accept warranty claims for items purchased directly from the EU Loog Guitars store. If you purchased your item from another retailer, please contact them directly and follow their warranty policy. 😊
