Absolutely! If you’re located in the EU or EFTA (Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein) and placed your order online, you’re covered by the EU Right of Withdrawal, also known as the 14-day cooling-off period.

This means you can cancel your purchase and return your item within 14 calendar days of delivery, without needing to provide a reason. 😊

If you choose to exercise your Right of Withdrawal, you’ll receive a full refund. 👌

How do I submit a withdrawal request?

We’ve made the process nice and easy! Just look for the EU Right of Withdrawal button on our store. Clicking it will take you to our withdrawal portal:

Once you’re there:

1. Open your order using your order number and ZIP/postal code.
2. Select the item(s) you’d like to withdraw. You’ll see a summary of your selected items before continuing.
3. Click “Continue with Withdrawal” and confirm your request. This two-step confirmation is required under EU law.
4. Only returning part of your order? No problem! You can select just the item(s) you’d like to withdraw. You can also add additional items to your withdrawal request later, if needed.
5. The system checks your order’s eligibility. Your order must be within 14 calendar days of delivery.
6. Once your request is submitted, you’ll see a confirmation that says, “Your withdrawal request has been submitted.” You’ll also receive a confirmation email, your shipping label, and a return record will be created in our Return dashboard.

And that’s it! You’re all set to get your return started. 🎸😎
