My Mini Amp is not producing any sound when connected to my Electric guitarUpdated 3 months ago

Our newly released electric guitars do not come with a built-in amplifier, which is why they need to be connected to an external amp. To make your experience even better, we designed the Loog Mini Amp specifically for this purpose. If you’re having trouble getting sound from your amp when connecting the guitar, there are a few simple troubleshooting steps you can follow:

Isolate the Issue 📻
Try using a different guitar with the same chord and amp, a different chord with the same guitar and amp, or a different amp with the same guitar and chord. This can help pinpoint whether the issue is with the guitar, chord, or amp.

Replace the Amp's Battery 🔋
Ensure the amp has a fresh 9V battery, as this can affect its performance.

Check for Loose Connections 🔌
Examine the wiring and connections to ensure everything is securely connected, and check if the amp’s indicator lights are functioning.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team for further assistance! We're always here to help. 😊
