If you’re located in the EU or EFTA (Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein) and place an order online, you’re covered by the EU Right of Withdrawal, also known as the 14-day cooling-off period.

Under this right, you can cancel your purchase and return your item within 14 calendar days of delivery, without providing a reason. Once your withdrawal request and return have been processed, you’ll receive a full refund.

We’ve made the process quick and easy! Just look for the EU Right of Withdrawal button on our store. This will take you to our withdrawal portal, where you can complete a simple two-step process to submit your withdrawal request.

Once your request has been submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the next steps for your return.

🤓 Can I request a refund after the 14-day period?

The EU Right of Withdrawal applies for 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Once this period has passed, we’re unable to offer a refund under the Right of Withdrawal.
