What is your return policy?Updated 13 days ago

If you’re located in the EU or EFTA (Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein) and placed your order online, you’re covered by the EU Right of Withdrawal, also known as the 14-day cooling-off period.

You can cancel your purchase and return your item within 14 calendar days of delivery, without needing to provide a reason. Once your withdrawal request and return have been processed, you’ll receive a full refund.

🤔 How do I exercise my Right of Withdrawal?

We’ve made the process quick and easy! Just look for the EU Right of Withdrawal button on our store. This will take you to our withdrawal portal, where you’ll complete a simple two-step process to submit your request.

Once your request has been submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the next steps for your return.

🧐 Can I request a refund after the 14-day period?

The EU Right of Withdrawal applies for 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Once this period has passed, we’re unable to offer a refund under the Right of Withdrawal. We understand that this may not be ideal, and we appreciate your understanding. 😊

If your product arrives faulty or has a manufacturing issue, you may still be eligible for coverage under our warranty. When submitting a warranty claim, please include a photo or video showing the issue so our CX team can assess it and help as quickly as possible. 👌

You can contact our CX team through this link to initiate a warranty claim. For more information about warranty coverage and the claims process, please check our warranty policy. 🎸
